England is the only fully privatised water system in the world, and it shows. Raw sewage was discharged into England's waters 288,649 times in 2025, one of the driest years on record. The Clean Water Bill is how we end that. Get it right and we reset the system for a generation. Get it wrong and we're still fighting this in another thirty years.
